Return & Refund Policy

We recommend checking your item(s) carefully upon receiving your order, as returns will not be accepted after the return period has passed.

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the date of purchase or based on the courier tracking delivery date. After the return period has passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return request.

Digital Products

Please note that digital download products are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once accessed.

Cancellation of Orders

You may cancel your order for any reason before it has been shipped. Please note that a 5% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover payment processing charges.

Once your order has been fulfilled and a tracking number has been issued, cancellations are no longer possible, and our Refund Policy will apply.

REFUND POLICY

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Kindly provide photos or videos showing the issue so we can review your request.

Once we receive your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement or refund. If approved, your refund will be issued as store credit to your account. Store credit has no expiry date and can be used both online and in-store.

Returns for Non-Defective Items

For returns of non-defective items, products must be returned in brand-new, unused, and unopened condition, with all labels and original packaging intact.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • A 15% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer

This fee may be waived if the return is due to our error or if alternative arrangements have been agreed upon.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, store credit will be issued. Store credit has no expiry date and can be used both online and in-store.

Shipping & Lost Parcels

We are unable to guarantee delivery for non-registered shipping. If regular post is selected and the parcel is lost, refunds will not be provided.

For registered shipping, if your parcel is lost in transit, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges. All sale items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Discount codes must be entered during checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discounts after payment has been made, and no refunds or store credit will be issued in such cases. Kindly double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged (except for Print on Demand products and Digital Downloads). If you need to request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at hello@agapeeart.com before sending your item back.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the total refund amount.
