What is a print-on-demand (POD) product?
Print-on-demand means your item is specially printed for you after you place an order.
Our production partner handles the printing, packaging, and shipping, so you receive a freshly made product instead of something stored in bulk.
How are print-on-demand items made?
These items are produced using my original artwork and printed by trusted production partners after you place your order.
Where will my print-on-demand order ship from?
Orders are typically produced and shipped by the nearest production facility available in your region to help reduce delivery times.
How long does shipping take for print-on-demand items?
Print-on-demand items require production time before shipping. Typical timelines:
- Production: [2-5 business days]
- Shipping: varies by region and method chosen at checkout
Will I receive tracking?
Tracking is provided when available by the carrier/production partner.
Can I cancel a print-on-demand order?
If production hasn’t started, cancellations may be possible. Once an item enters production, changes or cancellations are usually not possible. However, please contact me immediately, i will try my best to help to check from the production side.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact me immediately within 24 hours after you have received the item with clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, I’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation and partner policy.
Can I return print-on-demand items?
Because these items are made to order, returns for change-of-mind are typically not accepted.
My item looks slightly different from the website photo—why?
Small variations can happen due to screen settings, print methods, and materials. I always aim for accurate representation, but slight differences in color/texture may occur.
What are the shipping methods for home-studio items?
Stickers shipped from my home studio in Malaysia are offered with three delivery options at checkout:
Standard Mail (Untracked) - Cheapest
The most affordable option. This service does not include tracking.
Delivery times vary by destination and local postal conditions, especially during peak seasons and holidays.
Tracked Shipping
Includes a tracking number once your parcel is handed over and processed by the postal service.
Express Shipping
A premium, faster option designed for smoother delivery and higher priority handling.

Untracked mail does not provide a tracking number, which means I’m unable to locate the parcel/mail once it has been posted. Tracked and Express shipping options provide tracking details after dispatch (once the mail is accepted and scanned by the carrier).
Lost Mail Policy (Untracked)
If you choose Standard Mail (Untracked), please note:
- No refunds or replacements can be issued if the parcel is delayed or lost, because it cannot be tracked or confirmed by the carrier.
- By selecting untracked shipping at checkout, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
For peace of mind, I strongly recommend selecting Tracked or Express shipping—especially for time-sensitive orders or gift purchases.
Which items are shipped from your home studio?
Selected items—such as sticker products are printed, packed, and shipped by me from my home studio in Malaysia.
How long does it take to process home-studio orders?
Typical processing time is 2-5 business days, then shipping time depends on your location and selected method.
If I order print-on-demand items and studio items together, will they ship together?
They may ship separately, since they come from different locations and production methods.
Do you accept returns on studio-shipped items?
If your item arrives damaged or there is a fulfillment issue, it is usually the issue of the delivery company. However, please contact me with photos and i'll make it right.
What is the SVG Freebie Club?
It’s a monthly newsletter gift—subscribers receive an exclusive free hand-drawn SVG each month. Please ensure that you have subscribed to our newsletter to receive the freebies.
How do I sign up for the Newsletter?
Use the signup form on the website. You’ll receive the free SVG by email when the monthly drop goes out.
I signed up but didn’t get the free SVG—what now?
Check spam/junk/promotions. If you still can’t find it, please subscribe the our email subscription again.

What should I include so you can help faster?
I will try my best to help you for the order related issues. Please include your order number (if you have one), product name, the device/app you’re using, and screenshots if relevant.
When will you reply?
I typically respond within 48 hours
Why did I receive my order in separate packages?
If your order includes both POD products and stickers & home studio exclusive products, they may be shipped separately:
- POD items → shipped directly from our production company
- Home studio products → shipped from our home studio in Malaysia
You will expect to receive separate packages.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally by product types and destination.
- POD products: shipped by our production partner to many countries worldwide.
- Stickers & Bible journaling kits: shipped from Malaysia.
At checkout, you’ll see if shipping is available to your location for each item.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most of our calendar orders arrive within 5–12 days for customers in the US, Canada, and most major cities worldwide.
You’ll receive two emails from us:
1. One when your order is placed.
2. Another with your tracking number once it has shipped.

We ship through worldwide partner stations in major cities, but please note that some remote areas or locations with slower postal services may experience delivery times longer than 12 days.
Will I be charged customs or import taxes?
Some countries charge customs, duties, or import taxes on incoming parcels. These fees (if any) are not included in our prices and may be charged by your local customs office.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Who do I contact if there’s an issue with my order?
You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details, including everything you need to track your order once it has shipped.

What is your returns policy?
We’re happy to offer hassle-free refunds for items returned in their original packaging. Just send us an email at hello@agapeeart.com to request a return or refund.
How can I track my order status?
When your order has been shipped, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can also view your order status from your confirmation email, or contact us anytime at hello@agapeeart.com
Do you offer custom artwork or personalised designs?
Right now we are not taking custom orders, but I do release new seasonal artwork regularly—so feel free to check back for updates.
Can I place an order as a gift?
Definitely! Simply enter your recipient’s name and address at checkout. We’re not able to add custom gift wrap or handwritten notes at the moment, so you may want to let them know a surprise is on the way. 🎁✨
