Digital Downloads (Instant Delivery)
All digital products are delivered electronically—no physical product will be shipped to you.. After checkout, you’ll receive a download link via email and/or through your account.
File Access & Download Support
If you have trouble downloading or opening your files, I’m happy to help.
Please contact me with:
- Your order number (if available)
- The product name
- The device / app you're using (Procreate, Canva, Illustrator, etc)
- A screenshot of the issues (if possible)
Returns for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all digital download sales are final.
If there is a problem with your files (wrong file, missing file), I will gladly resend the correct files.
How Physical Orders Are Produced
The physical products are created using my original hand-drawn artwork and are printed on demand by trusted production partners. To help reduce delivery time, items are typically printed and shipped from the production facility closest to the customer’s region, when available.
My Studio-Shipped Items
A limited selection (such as stickers) is printed, packed, and shipped by me from my home studio in Malaysia. These items may ship separately from print-on-demand products if ordered together.
Processing Time (Physical Goods)
Print-on-Demand Items
Print-on-demand items are made after you order.
- Typical production time: [3-7 business days]
- After production, the order ships via the carrier available in your region.
Studio-Shipped Items (Malaysia)
- Processing time: [3-5 business days] before shipment
Please note: During peak seasons, production and shipping may take longer.
Shipping Time
Shipping speed depends on your location, the product type, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking your order
Tracking for the physical goods will be provided once your item ships.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I’m not able to replace items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible—if the order hasn’t entered production/shipped yet, I’ll do my best to help update it.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (Physical Products)
PHYSICAL GOODS
Because many physical items are made to order (print-on-demand), returns and exchanges are handled a little differently.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact me immediately within [24 hours] on the day you received the item with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A photo of the packaging (if relevant)
When confirmed, I will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation and production partner policy.
CHANGE OF MIND / WRONG SIZE / PERSONAL PREFERENCE
For made-to-order items, I typically can’t accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size chosen by the customer
- Personal preference (color/texture expectations)
However, if you’re unsure before ordering, feel free to message me—I’m happy to help you choose.

Cancellations
Digital Download Orders
Digital orders cannot be cancelled once delivered.
Physical Orders
Physical orders may be cancelled only if the order has not entered production. Please contact me immediately—once production starts, cancellations may not be possible.
